Shyann Piwonski, RCSWI

Therapy for Teens, Families & Trauma

As a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI), I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children, teens, young adults, and families. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and acceptance-based therapies to meet each person where they are.

I believe therapy should be a safe space where every story and identity is honored. I have experience supporting neurodivergent clients, military service members and families, and individuals exploring identity and culture, and I work through a trauma-informed, inclusive lens. Whether you are a parent seeking tools to connect with your child, a teen feeling overwhelmed by stress, or an adult coping with loss or change, I am here to help you build resilience and rediscover balance.

My goal is not just to reduce symptoms but to help you create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll develop practical coping strategies for today while working toward long-term healing and growth. With support, empathy, and the right tools, you can face challenges with strength and hope.

I offer telehealth therapy across Florida through Dreavita Counseling, Coaching & Consulting, making care accessible wherever you are.
