At Dreavita
We Make Therapy
Accessible
Whether you're planning to use insurance, pay privately, or need financial support, we’re here to help you find a path to care that works for you.

Insurance We Work With
We partner with a wide range of insurance plans to make care more accessible.
From major networks like Aetna and United to specialized platforms and EAPs, we’ll help you find a path that works.
Not all plans cover mental health the same way; benefits can vary by state, employer, and even plan tier. We’ll verify your specific coverage before your first session.
What to Know About Using Insurance at Dreavita
Coverage depends on your plan, not just the company. Two people with Cigna can have completely different mental health benefits.
Some clients access coverage via our partners like Headway, Alma, Grow, Rula, Tava, or SonderMind. These platforms allow us to bill your insurance when we aren’t directly credentialed ourselves.
We accept many EAP plans (Employee Assistance Programs), which may offer a set number of free sessions. If you're using an EAP, we’ll need a referral or authorization code to begin.
We’re actively expanding, so even if you don’t see your insurance listed, reach out. We may already accept it or be in the process of joining.

Understanding Your Insurance Benefits
Insurance can be confusing, but it doesn’t have to be. Here’s a quick breakdown of the terms you’re most likely to see:
Copay
A flat fee you pay for each session.
Example: You owe $30 each visit, regardless of session cost.
Coinsurance
A percentage of the full session cost you pay after your deductible.
Example: You might pay 20% of $135 per session.
Deductible
The amount you must pay out-of-pocket before insurance starts sharing the cost.
Example: If your deductible is $2,000 and you haven’t met it, you may owe the full session rate until you do, even if we’re in-network.

Therapy Rates & Session Costs
We offer competitive rates that reflect clinician experience, session length, and service type.

Sliding Scale & Financial Aid
Not every insurance plan makes therapy affordable, but that shouldn’t stop you from getting care.
We offer sliding scale rates and pro-bono spots for clients without insurance or those whose coverage doesn’t meet their needs.
“Sliding scale” means your session fee is adjusted based on your income and household size.
If you’re unsure whether you qualify, we encourage you to apply, we’ll walk you through your options.
