  • Coaching is a forward-focused approach that helps you develop the habits, skills and systems to reach your goals. You meet with a coach for 1:1 weekly or biweekly sessions to support your growth and accountability.

  • Currently, we offer ADHD Coaching and Health Coaching. Our ADHD Coaching supports with time management, focus & productivity, and stress management/emotional regulation. Our Health Coaching supports with weight management, nutrition, exercise, and burnout reduction.

  • Counseling helps you heal from the past, process emotions, and work through mental health challenges. Coaching is future-focused, it empowers you to take action, build new skills, and create systems for success.

    At Dreavita, our counselors provide mental health therapy when deeper healing is needed, while our coaches focus on practical strategies for challenges like building habits/routines, time blindness, executive function struggles, weight management, and more. Some people benefit from both, and we’ll help you decide what’s the best fit for you.

  • It depends. We can verify your insurance to determine if it covers our coaching sessions. If coaching is not covered by insurance, we make it practical and affordable. We offer 12-session packages: 30-minute sessions for $200/month or 60-minute sessions for $300/month—flexible to fit your schedule and needs. Clients can also typically use an HSA or an FSA account to cover coaching sessions. If you’re interested in coaching but unsure about the cost, reach out, and we will do anything we can to help you.

  • Each session is focused on your growth. Together, we’ll set goals, build skills, create accountability, review progress, and strengthen resilience so you can move forward with confidence.

  • Most clients see progress in areas like stress management, productivity, and emotional regulation. Our ADHD coaching focuses on reducing overwhelm, tackling procrastination, and building systems that work with your brain — not against it. Our Health coaching focuses on reducing burnout, targeting stress-related weight loss, and creating a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable.
