  • Health coaching is for busy, working adults and professionals who want practical strategies to reduce stress, sleep disruptions, and unhealthy habits that block them from living a happy and fulfilling life.

  • Health coaching complements medical care by helping you implement healthy habits consistently in daily life. We do not replace medical providers, diagnose conditions, or prescribe treatment.

  • FSA/HSA cards are accepted, but insurance coverage depends on your benefits. We verify all insurances before starting services. If coaching is not covered by insurance, we make it practical and affordable. We offer 12-session packages: 30-minute sessions for $200/month or 60-minute sessions for $300/month—flexible to fit your schedule and needs. Clients can also typically use an HSA or an FSA account to cover coaching sessions. If you’re interested in coaching but unsure about the cost, reach out, and we will do anything we can to help you.

  • Each session is focused on your growth. Together, we’ll set goals, build skills, create accountability, review progress, and strengthen resilience so you can move forward with confidence.

  • Results vary, but many clients notice improved energy, better sleep, reduced stress-related habits, and greater consistency with movement and nutrition. Over time, health tends to feel more manageable and integrated into daily life — rather than something you’re constantly trying to fix.
