We Understand Intersectional Depression

We recognize that anxiety often intersects with identity-based stress, trauma, burnout, and systemic injustice. Many of our clients are:

  • Burned-out caregivers or professionals

  • LGBTQIA+ individuals navigating identity stress

  • People living with chronic illness

  • First-generation or immigrant background

  • Neurodivergent folks processing emotional overwhelm

You don’t need to explain yourself. We’re trained to meet you where you are.

  • Yes. Therapy can be incredibly effective for depression, especially when it’s tailored to your needs. Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches to help you identify patterns, reconnect with yourself, and build tools for relief and resilience. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

  • Not necessarily. Many people benefit from therapy alone, while others find that combining therapy with medication brings greater relief. If you're open to exploring medication, we can help connect you with a trusted prescriber, but the choice is always yours.

  • That’s okay, it’s actually one of the most common symptoms of depression. Our process is designed to meet you gently where you are. A free 15-minute consult is a simple first step, and we’ll support you at your own pace from there.
