Lori helps teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, identity struggles, or emotional burnout. Many of her clients come in feeling stuck, replaying difficult memories, struggling with panic or overthinking, or trying to hold it together at school or home.
Lori is EMDR-trained and uses this evidence-based trauma therapy to help clients process painful experiences and reduce the intensity of emotional triggers. She blends EMDR with mindfulness, creative approaches, and talk therapy to support deep, lasting healing.
