What Coaching Looks Like at Dreavita

Sessions are tailored to your lived experience, no rigid frameworks or one-size-fits-all plans. Your coach will work with you to identify the root of recurring challenges and co-create strategies that are actually usable in real life.

We understand that executive dysfunction and emotional regulation aren’t “just willpower” issues, they’re neurological, environmental, and deeply personal. Coaching may include visual planning tools, body-based regulation strategies, values exploration, or habit tracking, all depending on your goals.

This is a space to be real about the chaos and to recognize your creativity, insight, and resilience.
