Born in Hong Kong and raised between Hong Kong and Singapore, Ashley brings an international perspective and a deep respect for cultural diversity to her work.
Ashley specializes in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. She integrates evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR, ACT, and mindfulness with a compassionate, person-centered style. Her goal is to create a safe space where clients feel deeply understood while building tools to manage stress, strengthen resilience, and embrace growth.
