Ashley Park, PsyD Candidate
EMDR & CBT Therapist for Adults in Colorado
Specialties:
Depression & Self-esteem
Adolescent & Young Adult Support
Ashley Park (she/her) works with teens, young adults, and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted from carrying too much for too long. Many of her clients are high-functioning on the outside but struggle internally with anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, or emotional overload. Ashley helps clients slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin feeling more grounded, steady, and in control of their lives.
Ashley brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience in mental health settings, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. She specializes in trauma-informed care and uses evidence-based approaches including EMDR for trauma, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce emotional reactivity, and create lasting change, not just short-term coping.
Her style is warm, steady, and collaborative. Ashley meets clients with curiosity and respect, working at a pace that feels safe while gently supporting growth. Clients often describe her as grounding and approachable, someone who helps them feel deeply seen while building clarity, resilience, and confidence over time.
Ashley is currently completing her PsyD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Denver as part of her ongoing professional development and provides therapy to clients across Colorado.
