Alana Stelly is a licensed marriage and family therapist and coaching leader with over a decade of experience across mental health, women’s empowerment, and program development. She is the Director of Coaching & Program Development at Dreavita, where she designs and oversees the organization’s coaching division, builds innovative programs, and mentors a growing team of coaches. As the Founder of Confidence Academy, she has guided women worldwide in breaking free from self-doubt and creating lives of confidence and fulfillment. With a background bridging trauma-informed therapy, leadership, and coaching, Alana is passionate about developing sustainable systems that empower individuals, expand access to holistic support, and integrate coaching with mental health care to drive meaningful impact.
