  • Not at all. Most of our clients come in feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or critical of themselves. That’s exactly what this coaching is designed to support.

  • Absolutely. Our coaches are trained in affirming, identity-conscious care that centers your experience, no judgment, no assumptions.

  • That’s okay. We’ll move at your pace. There’s no pressure to perform or be vulnerable before you’re ready. This is your space.

  • Yes! Many of our clients do both, and we can even collaborate with your therapist (with your permission) to support your growth from all angles.
