Research and innovation
Andrea is a clinician, entrepreneur, and health systems researcher working on trauma-informed, digitally delivered mental healthcare. As Founder and CEO of Dreavita, a multi-state, virtual-first nonprofit, she leads the effort to deliver equitable care while keeping clinicians sustainably employed.
She is pursuing a PhD in Health Systems Research at the University of Toronto. Her research asks how to design mental health care that holds up in complex and destabilized environments, and it draws together digital delivery, ethical employment models, and trauma-informed system design. The aim is infrastructure that works in practice, not only on paper.

Dreavita's for-profit technology arm, in development, building infrastructure for continuity of care and clinician sustainability.
Allgood Health
A pilot testing continuity of care through coaching-integrated models and values-aligned matching. Later absorbed into Dreavita.
Inclusive Impact Therapy
A fully remote, culturally responsive practice serving LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent clients across several states, and the testing ground for Dreavita.
