Andrea Piazza is a clinician, entrepreneur, and health systems researcher advancing trauma-informed, digitally delivered mental healthcare. As Founder and CEO of Dreavita, a multi-state, virtual-first mental health organization, she leads efforts to deliver high-quality, equitable care while prioritizing clinician sustainability and systemic integrity.

She is currently pursuing a PhD in Health Systems Research at the University of Toronto, where her work focuses on designing scalable, ethically grounded care systems for complex and destabilized environments. Andrea’s research bridges digital innovation, ethical employment models, and trauma-informed system design, with a clear aim: to build mental health infrastructure that works in practice, not just on paper.

Andrea continues to provide clinical supervision and consultation on complex trauma cases. For training/supervision opportunities, please email Andrea@Dreavita.com.

Values in Practice

These values guide Andrea’s work across clinical care, systems design, and organizational leadership.

  • I ground my work in honesty, transparency, and ethical accountability, ensuring that every decision reflects both my personal values and my professional responsibilities to patients, colleagues, and systems of care.

  • I design creative, forward-thinking solutions to complex problems in mental health care. My work bridges research and application to reimagine what’s possible for both providers and the communities we serve.

  • Equity is at the core of everything I build. I advocate for care systems that meet people where they are economically, culturally, and geographically, and ensure no one is left out of progress.

  • Whether supporting clinicians, patients, or partner organizations, I strive to create conditions where others can thrive. I believe sustainable systems must uplift the people within them.

  • I partner across disciplines, sectors, and borders to create meaningful change. I believe that lasting impact requires collective effort, and that shared vision drives scalable results.
