Katherine (Katie) Nee Najarian is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over seven years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most meaningful transitions. She helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, and relational challenges with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for the whole self.
Katie’s approach can integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness practices. Rooted in a psychodynamic understanding of the self, her work blends insight and action—helping clients build emotional awareness, strengthen boundaries, and develop tools for lasting change.
Her practice is especially supportive for those exploring identity, navigating postpartum experiences, or unlearning patterns shaped by perfectionism or self-criticism. Katie is committed to affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and those in larger bodies, creating space to examine how internalized bias impacts mental health and self-worth.
Outside of sessions, Katie enjoys painting, watching cooking shows, playing tennis, and spending time with loved ones.
