At Dreavita, we’re building a space where collective healing can thrive. Our upcoming support groups and therapy groups will offer a safe, affirming space to process challenges alongside others who get it. Whether you're navigating grief, burnout, identity shifts, or relationship patterns, these groups will be co-facilitated by licensed professionals and designed to foster connection, emotional safety, and personal growth.

  • Some will be clinically facilitated therapy groups, others peer-based support groups. The interest form lets us know what’s most helpful.

  • Yes. Groups will be fully virtual and open to participants across states where we are licensed (AK, CA, CO, FL, MA, MI, WA, CT, TX, VT, NY), and some groups may allow broader access if not classified as therapy.

  • We're currently building our roster. Fill out the interest form and we’ll notify you as soon as enrollment opens.

  • We aim to keep group rates affordable, with sliding scale options for many. Costs will vary depending on format and facilitator.

  • Absolutely, groups can complement individual care beautifully.
