Most major plans are accepted through Dreavita. Benefits are verified for you before the first session, and sliding-scale rates are available if a plan is out of network.

What happens in the free consultation?

It is a 15-minute video call. You describe what is going on, Jennifer explains how she would approach it, and you both decide whether to go further. Nothing is booked or charged during the call.

Does Jennifer Anyaugo offer EMDR?

Yes. EMDR is one of the approaches she is trained in, used when a client is ready for it rather than as a starting point for everyone.

What if therapy has not worked before?
