What Individual Therapy Looks Like at Dreavita:

Your therapist will collaborate with you to build a tailored treatment plan, whether that means traditional talk therapy, EMDR, mindfulness practices, or values-based approaches like ACT or CBT.

We specialize in intersectional care, which means we’re mindful of how your identities and systems around you affect your mental health. For teens, therapy may also include caregiver collaboration when helpful (with consent). You can expect flexible scheduling, telehealth access, and a grounded, real-world approach to healing.
