Where can Jennifer Anyaugo see clients?

Anywhere in Florida. Sessions are virtual, by secure video, and you need to be physically located in Florida at the time of your appointment.

Does Jennifer Anyaugo take insurance?

Most major plans are accepted through Dreavita. Benefits are verified for you before the first session, and sliding-scale rates are available if a plan is out of network.

What happens in the free consultation?

It is a 15-minute video call. You describe what is going on, Jennifer explains how she would approach it, and you both decide whether to go further. Nothing is booked or charged during the call.

Does Jennifer Anyaugo offer EMDR?

Yes. EMDR is one of the approaches she is trained in, used when a client is ready for it rather than as a starting point for everyone.

What if therapy has not worked before?

Many clients arrive after a first attempt at therapy that felt like reporting the week rather than changing anything. The consultation is the place to say what did not work, so the fit can be assessed honestly before you commit.

How soon can a first session happen?

Jennifer is accepting new clients and typically has consultation times within the same week, including some weekday evenings and Sundays.

Do I need to know what is wrong before I book?

No. Most people book because something feels off, not because they have a diagnosis in mind. Sorting out what is going on is part of the work.

Can I see Jennifer if I live in Tampa, Miami, or Orlando?

Yes. Because sessions are virtual, Jennifer sees clients anywhere in Florida, including Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, St. Petersburg, and Palm Harbor. You need to be physically in Florida at the time of your appointment.
