About Dreavita

Care That Changes Everything

A nonprofit mental health organization built on ethical employment, evidence-based care, and access that doesn't stop at insurance.

A Nonprofit Built for Access

Dreavita exists to make mental health care more ethical, more accessible, and more sustainable — for the people receiving it and the clinicians providing it. We work to expand access to evidence-based therapies and technologies while prioritizing clinician well-being, because a burned-out clinician cannot deliver their best care.

Our goal is a system where mental health support is available to everyone who needs it, clinicians are supported rather than stretched thin, and innovation strengthens the human connection at the center of care instead of replacing it.

Our Story

Dreavita was founded by Andrea Piazza, a therapist and mental health intern who saw two realities side by side: clinicians helping patients through the hardest moments of their lives, while working conditions in the field made it difficult for those same clinicians to stay well themselves.

Andrea first tested this idea through a private practice, then returned to school for an MBA at UCLA to build something more sustainable at scale. That work became Dreavita: a nonprofit rooted in ethical employment, trauma-informed systems, and care that is grounded in science and delivered with compassion — growing today into new states, new specialties, and new ways of keeping care from falling through the cracks.

What Makes Dreavita Different

Innovation Without Losing Humanity

We combine technology, research, and clinical practice to build sustainable care pathways without sacrificing compassion.

Clinician Well-Being Comes First

Care for clients starts with caring for the people delivering it. We hold our own employment practices to a higher standard.

Designed for Access, Not Just Awareness

From sliding-scale support to insurance navigation to coaching options, we meet people where they are financially and logistically.

Built to Adapt

We're solving today's gaps in care while building a system that can keep adapting as the field, and the people it serves, change.
